Gina’s Skinny Italian

For anyone who loves Italian food but wants to make healthier choices, Gina’s Skinny Italian proves you don’t have to sacrifice flavor to enjoy your favorite pasta and sauce. Gina’s Skinny Italian, the innovative low-carb, no-sugar-added Italian food brand created by Blue Élan Records recording artist and Blues Music Award nominee Gina Sicilia, is now available at grocery stores in Middle Tennessee.

Sicilia launched Gina’s Skinny Italian during the COVID-19 pandemic after her touring career came to an unexpected halt. What began as a passion project inspired by her love of authentic Italian cuisine, healthy living, and the belief that tradition should never be sacrificed in the name of health has evolved into a delicious collection of low-carb pasta and creamy sauces.

Gina’s Skinny Italian offers a tasty lineup of classic Italian favorites — all made without added sugar and artificial ingredients. Sicilia’s is fluent in Italian, and her love of language is infused in the brand’s DNA; she even coined the word Nashvilliano to capture the Nashville-meets-Italian spirit she hopes to weave into a future passion project combining language and cooking.

Sicilia transformed her passion for Italian culture, cuisine, and language into a brand founded on one simple promise: authentic Italian flavor that never tastes like a compromise. Whether you’re following a low-carb lifestyle or simply looking for cleaner ingredients, Gina’s Skinny Italian makes it easy to enjoy the flavors of Italy any night of the week.

Gina’s Skinny Italian is now available at select retailers throughout Middle Tennessee, including Kroger and Publix. Also available online at ginaitalian.com and on Amazon.
